CJ was absolutely better than Scelfo or Toledo.
He had the misfortune of having a really bad OC, and having to rebuild from absolute scratch.
Scelfo took down a 12-0 team in one game.
Toledo came after Katrina; he had no money for a staff and recruited mostly FCS players; as one McNeese fan put it, Toledo is hurting both Tulane and McNeese's recruiting.

Didn't cj rehire price as his OC in the usfl or whatever league he was coaching in?
Cj was an absolute joke of a coach. Players were happy to see him fired
