What sucks is I'd be more than willing to pay for MLBtv but even in BR I'm blacked out

From bottom two to top 5 in two years, essentially? Luhnow built the Cards farm system and has done a great job thus far with the Astros, so I understand his reputation, but I have a hard time seeing it making that kind of leap.
But then again, the rankings are entirely subjective.

That sucks for y'all, I hated having to listen on MLB.tv because the Rangers were blacked out, and I could only see Texas play when the Astros weren't.
Hope cox adds Comcast Sports for y'all

I heard that our system is in the top ten as well, don't remember the source. Looking forward to the season and hoping to catch a game or two at Corpus, too.

Theres rumblings that Bud Norris could be moved. I doubt it happens but he seems to be available. If he's moved, his 3MM salary would take us down to 6MM.
