Defensive staff as a whole should be fired.

Nah....the biggest change has been the DC. That's where it needs to start. I gave Pellum the benefit of a doubt but it's clear he should've stayed the LB coach. You definitely don't fire John Neal.

Look at the type of athlete Oregon has on defense and tell me they should have the 123rd defense. It's pathetic.

No one wraps up. The coaches say they "thud" in practice. They have to start doing live tackling in practice at some point.

This defense is soft because of the coaches.

I feel bad for Oregon fans. I think y'all missed your window.

I'm interested to see how Oregon reacts to this year if they go 7-5 or 8-4. This is their first real speed bump since becoming a power

Oregon fans would be elated with 8-4. I am honestly worried about every game except the beavers and that has the rivalry factor. We should make their true frosh qb look like Tom Brady for a game.

The Pac - 12 is a joke right now. The LA schools are a joke at the moment. Stanford won't stay at the top. Oregon will be fine. We just need the right coach.

He should be a CPA.

ETA: The problem I see with our staff is it is overly analytical. The one person on the staff that gets fired up is John Neal in the secondary. They're all very even keel temperaments. When constructing a staff, you need some balance. This staff is overthinking things and not pushing the right buttons. Meyers is a genius in the department.
