Anyone find the pacers/heat & spurs/heat series to be very predictable?

This is mainly seen from a betting perspective, but all you had to do was watch game 1 of each series and you could predict how most of the other games would fall.

In the pacers series, the heat eeked out game 1, then went on to lose games 2, 4, 6, and cover every game following a loss.

The heat lost a close game 1 vs. spurs, but then went on to win & cover last night.

Since the finals series is different with 3 games in a row in SAN, it could be different.....but it seems awfully predictable that the heat will lose game 3, then come back to cover and win in game 4, lose 5, win & cover 6. Game 7 I wouldn't wanna bet on.

So you're surprised that series with really good teams are trading wins?

I think he discovered a secret pattern that displays that 2 of the best teams in the NBA, when faced against each other, sometimes results in 7 game series. But not all the time because sometimes it's a 2-3-2 format. I just went crosseyed.

if it's so predictable you must be making a lot of money gambling.

Nope

Desperation can be a big motivator for teams.

I'm 9 for 9 on my last Heat playoffs bets. All you have to do is switch teams every game. Oh, and every game is a blowout.

I was really hoping the Spurs would have kept it at a 14 point lead, cause then I would have won a 20 to 1 bet on them.
