It says on their site not to go straight BTC from MyBookie to CoinBase, but I don’t understand why not. Anyone ever done that and have any issues?

Coinbase has prohibitions on receiving crypto from gambling sites that aren't sanctioned by the govt so sending BTC to Coinbase could turn out to be a pain in the arse if it violates their terms.
I'd contact MyBookie and find out if it's OK for people in LA to do it. If not just send the BTC to a personal wallet then to Coinbase.

Thanks man…personal wallet you would recommend?… that I could then send to CoinBase.

I use electrum but it's old school. A lot of people seem to like Exodus or Mycellium. Mycellium and Electrum are only for bitcoin but Exodus can hold different cryptos.
The problem with moving from Mybookie to a wallet then to Coinbase is that it will cost you an extra transaction fee so that's why I'd ask Mybookie or Coinbase (if you can get an reply from their customer service) first and see if Coinbase can take it now that gambling is legal in LA.

On a side note, so glad it’s legal in Louisiana now and I don’t have to use mybookie anymore. The fees to deposit and withdrawal sucked.
