Bill Walton realizes that if you aren't playing basketball then it's fricking boring.

And he's bored.

So he tries to make it interesting for the fans who are presumably bored and wondering why they are wasting time watching Arizona play Utah.

If you hate on Bill Walton, you're hating on someone trying to give you life in a death situation. You are stranded on a lonely island watching.
