The question he needs to ask is does he want to play college football. My guess is he probably would be better off at a lower level division school to chase his dreams.

Two most plausible theories:
1. He knew he would never unseat Golson as the starter.
2. True FR Malik Zaire upside is higher and Kiel likely recognized this during spring workouts.
As Ive said before, Kiel would have not had been a 5* in most years and was largely given that status because lasts years QB class was so weak.

my only thought is that a whole lot of national media members should be retracting their statements about Les Miles on this kid but they won't

Miles was right, but he should have never publicly criticized a 17 year old kid...

He spoke at a private event where there was supposed to be no cameras from the media. That rule was broken by a kid from the LSU student paper.
