From what I'm reading it'll be at least 4-5 hours before the can start but once they do should be able to get it in

I would assume they are although there shouldn't be any from today as the covers haven't been taken off the cars

Easy

It's 1/2 mile use the track as seats don't have to center it
This is an easy convert like any dome into basketball arena.

They don't cover all the infield you just need 150 X 75 piece of grass/turf

They'll have room.

I've been to Bristol probably a dozen times and I still say sitting anywhere in the permanent seating will be a horrible experience. Way too far away
