Not sure this race gets in today.

They will get it in today if they have to start @ 11:59 tonight.
Posted on 8/21/16 at 12:43 pm to tWildcat
From what I'm reading it'll be at least 4-5 hours before the can start but once they do should be able to get it in

Looks like we may be night racing after all...

I would assume they are although there shouldn't be any from today as the covers haven't been taken off the cars
And no official projected time but I'll say ~5 pm CST

Sounds like we'll be racing by 5:15 or so if Twitter people are correct.

Hard to say but Ima guess 15-20 minutes?
Posted on 8/21/16 at 4:00 pm to Wishnitwas1998
How in the world is this gonna turn into a football field?
Posted on 8/21/16 at 4:02 pm to Fus0623
Easy
It's 1/2 mile use the track as seats don't have to center it
This is an easy convert like any dome into basketball arena.

Ahh I see, but what about the infield, isn't there a garage behind pit lane?
Posted on 8/21/16 at 4:15 pm to Fus0623
They don't cover all the infield you just need 150 X 75 piece of grass/turf
They'll have room.

I've been to Bristol probably a dozen times and I still say sitting anywhere in the permanent seating will be a horrible experience. Way too far away
