I just wonder of they are gonna find something to fire him with cause, lawyers get involved, they settle on a 50 million dollar buyout.

Life was good after that Sam Houston win. And then they got hit in the nuts over and over and over and over and over and over.

Does he get a pass due to the abnormally high number of starts that have been injured? I don’t think they would be top 10 with a healthy squad, but they’d probably be * 8 and 4 *

Hell no. It's year 5 and we are starting a frickload of true freshmen who are nowhere near ready to go.

Had he properly managed the roster and actually played his backups in the first 4 years (something he he often seems dead set against) we might not have had so many guys leave and would have some ok sophomore/junior depth that could blunt the impact of the injuries.

Even then, his play calling is SOOOOOOOOO bad. In a vacuum I can see his base offense working. There isn't anything inherently wrong with it. But as long as he is making the calls it's going to be shite. He has completely lost his feel for the game and is blatantly trying to force square pegs into round holes. I cannot stand coaches who try and force players to do shite they either can't or aren't ready to do yet here he is calling slow developing deep routes every play w/a nearly all freshmen line, a bunch of freshmen WRs, and a freshman QB like he's some 12 year old on Madden. It's hard to even know if our QBs are good or not b/c he sets them up to fail before they ever get the damn snap.

Just as a small example; the motion stats that Jordan Rodgers brings up every game are stunning. We'll use motion more than 50% of the time against Bama and then for some reason against everyone else that drops into the low 20% range. Why? Why is he scheming so much for Bama but then just lining up and doing jack shite the rest of the season? It makes zero sense. Hell, I can't even understand why he needs that big arse stack of playcalls. He's run the same basic offense for 20 years now. How the hell does he not have that entire fricking thing memorized by now?
