A list of Baker Mayfield’s head coaches

Baker played four seasons in college. (He sat out 2014 after transferring to OU.) This is his fifth year in the NFL. If you count interim head coaches, Steve Wilks will be his ninth HC in those nine seasons.

2017: Lincoln Riley
2018: Hue Jackson (fired)
2018: Gregg Williams (interim)
2019: Freddie Kitchens (fired)
2020: Kevin Stefanski
2022: Matt Rhule (fired)
2022: Steve Wilks (interim)

Kliff and Stefanski ran him off. He caused Bob Stoops to retire. He’s gotten Hue Jackson, Freddie Kitchens, and Matt Rhule fired. Technically, Gregg Williams was also fired after serving as the interim HC.

I still can’t believe John Dorsey took him #1 overall. I made a bet with my friend during that college season that baker would not get drafted in the 1st round. I underestimated Browns stupidity.
