I'm the opposite of a conspiracy theorist, but anyone who thinks he didn't throw that match is a damn fool.

I don't think Martina was unattractive.

He had whipped Margaret Court earlier, not BJK.

So do you have daughters? Title IX is the only reason there are so many teams for girls to play all the sports. There were NONE when I was 10 before it was passed. Girls deserve the same opportunity to learn life lessons from playing sports that the boys do.

Do you have sons? Title IX is also the reason that college boys are booted off campuses en masse for having consensual sex that the chick later regrets.

Who in 1973 won three of the 4 grand slam tournaments. I think he beat her 6-1 6-2 and her an BJK got to use the doubles alleys.

And if they were good at minor sports had their sport cut from the university, and couldn't play for their school. I saw it with tennis at small schools in the 1980's.

How many matches would they have to have if they did the Battle of the Sexes today?

I watched it live and it did not feel right to me.

Riggs did not seem to be the same player that had easily beaten the great Margaret Court Smith.

One of the rumors was that Riggs was in financial difficulties, bet against himself and threw the match. I have no idea if that's really true or not

It doesn't appear you read my post. I don't give af about funding for college sports.

I care about due process and kangaroo courts.

So he beat Court 1 and 2 while BJK was using doubles alleys? Who was she using doubles alleys against?

Lol. Learn to write better.

You are thinking of Martina and Connors. Martina got to use doubles alleys when she played Connors. And Connors only got a first serve. Connors beat her 7-5, 6-3 iirc.
