Look at this esquire. Introducing a person to another person is illegal to BBonds. Wild world
It is in North Carolina. You posted a letter about your payments. That isn’t just an introduction.

You have let me get to you so much you are talking about breaking laws because I know two people and introduce them Good lord man go touch grass
Not sure your boys at Wake will be excited about your performance in here. What do you think Sam will say?

I wouldn’t spend a shrute buck on a college tennis player

So that letter you posted to prove you broker deals wasn’t written by you? Jesus. What a pathetic loser you are.

It is very clearly a letter written from a tennis coach school rep to the NIL payor. I am on the email chain because I am involved with one of the referenced players as the person who created the contact. The end
And it made you so mad you are likely emailing the ncaa trying to get me arrested and wake Forrest the death penalty. Go right head
If you want me to walk you through how you remain legal in the nil world, I’ll be happy to do so due to my experience

You should probably register before you get Wake in trouble. Sam would love this thread. You know Sam, right? As you said. Collegiate tennis is a very small world.

You think those actions would get you arrested?

Dude , nobody, including myself, cares about college tennis and the fact I have been involved with players nil deals
The only time I even post about tennis here is to help other posters get tickets to tournaments and players passes for the French open and such (I know you are fuming as you read this
)
You have made it a big deal with a slight assist from Mingo. It was a comment in passing that clearly was a soft spot for you
And your registering legal jargon is the saddest part of this
You completely did a 180 once you realized you couldn’t run with the “YOU ARE MAKING IT UP” road

How would I possibly know about it to make a big deal about it if you hadn’t told us all?!

I simply let you know that in North Carolina anyone brokering through NIL must register. You didn’t. Wake Forest has violated NCAA rules by allowing you to be part of the process.
Which is why we all know you’re full of shite. Wake Forest isn’t going to jeopardize their tennis program for you. That’s exactly what they did if you did what you claimed.
You got caught lying. No biggie. Happens all the time on here. Often by you. Don’t be pissed you got caught by someone smarter than you.

Either you are making it up or Wake Forest violated ncaa rules. No other option. Which is it?

I’m not an agent you fricking idiot and I’m not close to acting as behalf of an agent. I’m not close to being that involved with the player. I know their coaches to create the contact and discussion . The players actually have, you know, their own actual agents

Wrong. Those are the only two options. If what you described your role to be and your involvement in the communications after are true….then Wake Forest violated NCAA rules. Or you’re lying. No other options.
quote:
I’m not an agent you fricking idio
Don’t have to be. The actions you claimed to have made are sufficient to require registration. fricking idiot.
quote:
Southern Law failed you
Didn’t go to southern. And you failed Wake Forest. Proudly making public the men’s tennis team’s violation of NCAA rules public.
Or…as we have all known this entire thread….you’re pathetically lying for attention.

Introducing two people and helping them to meet in no way shape or form would require registration. Dude you are absolutely embarrassing yourself here
It’s not even in the universe as acting on behalf as an agent and needing to do so. Nothing I have talked about would make anyone ever think so except an imbecile

You weren’t even aware of the registration requirement. Perhaps you should read it before making another of your false declaratory statements. I know you thrive opining from a place of complete ignorance, but this time your attempt to make yourself feel special you made public something you shouldn’t have.

You said you brokered deals. Even posted a screenshot of a communication you claim to be a part of. Posted the coach’s name that you deal with. Again…read the requirements instead of opining from a place of complete ignorance and jeopardizing a tennis program. That is the height of selfishness.

That isn’t the standard, dummy.

The rules are clear. Your ignorance to their existence does not negate them.
What is Sam going to say??

You weren’t even aware of the registration requirement.
And you might want to google search better. There is no Sam that I have ever dealt with at wake forest. None. Zero
Posted on 6/19/25 at 6:08 pm to Mingo Was His NameO
Go right ahead. Wake has one of the best compliance depts in the country for tennis
They for a 27 year old freshman eligible because they convinced the ncaa he didn’t start high school until he was 17. It was impressive as hell.

Correct. Sam is at UNC. The collegiate tennis world is small. I’m surprised you couldn’t figure that out.

Then you lied about your role. As we all already knew.
Posted on 6/19/25 at 6:11 pm to BBONDS25
The compliance depts anywhere don’t give a shite about me because I have absolutely no standing in the actual deal terms or legality
The fact you are trying to rope that in is great
And you bring up your Sam, the coach at UNC like anything I said here he would give a shite about is great
Nothing I have said here is news in the nil world. At all
And I’ll gladly hit a few balls with you whenever I want at Beau chene. Small community as you say would be happy to talk as much as you want about it. You can be my on retainer attorney
