Mistakes are made in rankings. I remember a few years ago LSU was ranked #3 pre-season and ended up way out of the polls.

Lost in all of this imo is that OU is pretty badass. They look loaded to me on both sides of the ball. Is there anyone left on their schedule that can beat them?

I think they have a chance at losing on of those games. I still maintain my original statement that OU has no true running game. Their leading rusher has 11 yards on 11 carries. That's not going to win a championship.
