Pretty sure it woukd only be tax evasion if he received money crom others and didnt report it. If he did report every dollar he got, then to me he has no worries as far as the law is concerned.

While individually this may not be the same as SMU, Pitino's history of scandal at the university have to come into play. They deserve it.

This is really sad overall, but I think we all knew Pitino was a sleazy person. I hate this for UL, but they have been asking for this for a long time with their coaching hires and keeping a corrupt AD.

even if he didn't pay to get him, saying he didn't pay anything for this player, kinda implies that you did pay somehting for others
