Palou on a Verstappen-esque run the last few years. Does Indy ever change regs like F1 does every few years?

Yeah, If he went to F1 he would be stuck in a mid field car for the rest of his career.

I wonder if there will be a track limit at Phoenix? Will they let them shortcut the apron like the stock cars? The stock cars pay a price by being pinched entering the corner with this line. Indycar, who knows?

Good question. On a practical side the entry/exit points are likely too severe for an Indycar to manage right? Nascars have more clearance. I might be wrong though
