When did they start doing that triple crown trophy for all the triple crown races combined that Sexton won. I don’t remember seeing it last year.

I heard Mathis say on his podcast that it started in 2019.
Tomac won it that year and was disgusted with the award since he had no chance of winning the SX title.

Ok, I just don’t ever remember seeing it presented on tv. Didn’t even know that triple crown season champion was a thing.

Here now and fanfest has been awesome for me and the boy. The Hill brothers are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met and me and my son met Hunter, Sexton, and Nichols. Colt Nichols is a cool dude. Took time to talk to him about his 50cc days racing to rate to my son. You just can get this shite at any other sport outside of surfing. Sexton shook my hand after I said thank you for helping us win Des Nations.
I gotta feeling that Thrasher is gonna win this thing and Shimoda gets a podium. Hombre looks focused today when I saw him at his trailer. Kenny looked loose and happy.

Eli and Cooper better race for the front and not worry about each other so much or Chase is gonna get back in there. I think he kicked off a demon today and with that speed it makes him suddenly dangerous to them again. He gets a win next weekend and we get a fight to the last checkers. I hope it happens

I agree. Jersey and Nashville will not be a good venues for Tomac, but Denver and Salt Lake City should be advantage Tomac.
The next two rounds will big. If Webb and Tomac struggle, Sexton could make this a 3 way race.

Sexton might win out and if Barcia sells out for podiums and a possible win then Sexton could win it.

Yeah I can’t wait to see what this does for Chase’s head space. If he goes on a streak, I hope that 7 point penalty from before doesn’t cost him the title. Honda needs to throw Jett out there to help Sexton out.

Sexton could win the final 4 races. If Tomac has 2 seconds and 2 thirds, then Tomac wins by 1 pt.
Tomac will win at least one of Denver or Salt Lake. Let’s say Tomac wins Denver, Sexton finishes 2nd at Denver and Sexton wins the other three. Tomac would have to average 5th place or worst on the other three rounds for Sexton to win.
Tomac will not finish 5th in Salt Lake unless he is a major issue.
Salt Lake and Denver will be strong events for Tomac. NJ and Tennessee will be stronger for Webb.

Agree that Tomac would have to totally melt down for Chase to catch him. He’s gotta win all 4 to have a chance and I don’t see that happening. But another race of the top 2 not making the podium will ratchet up the pressure a bit and it is racing so shite happens
