Atlanta didn't need fixing, it was the most competitive 1.5. But if you're gonna make it a pack race, don't negate that by narrowing it. They unnecessarily took away 2 lanes of racing.

But they had to repave Atlanta, so it was going to lose those qualities it had and would’ve become much more like Charlotte or Texas.

Texas seems like the “wider” of these cookie cutter tracks. And the racing there have been notoriously atrocious
