This is a pretty dumb statement in racing. Teams plan for how long the race is so its pointless to say he could have won with more time. He also was maybe .3 seconds faster per lap, he wasn't gonna make up 2 seconds a lap., not to mention the softs would have started to fall off as he already had 19 laps.

I generally lean towards "these guys know what they are doing" but i can't even begin to understand what the frick Ferrari was thinking.

Redbull strategy masterclass as well. They used the undercut twice to masterful effect. Yes Ferrari is a clown show but redbull is also at peak F1 performance as a team right not. They know all they have to do is apply pressure to Ferrari and they will absolutely shite the bed.
