Guys used to have to drive for shite teams for a few years before they got a shot at a better ride. Now, some of these kids step into top rides right away.

No idea, but it seems the new pit rules are causing more problems than doing the good they're supposed to at this point
I'm sure NASCAR will figure it out over time, but not giving the teams the ability to work on their own equipment, and instead, rely on NASCAR is becoming an issue and a sizeable factor in the race... even though it was designed to do the opposite
