If Dallas could win on the road, they would be one of the best teams in the league right now... They've been dominating at the AAC.

Disappointed I was out of town for that one, because the AAC sounded like it was rocking

Nice win for the Canes. I would like to believe they are above average but they’re just too inconsistent to be thought of that way.

It's Thanksgiving! Which means it's "you better be in playoff position" day. Whether you know it or not, roughly 3/4 of the field is set. Usually, over 12 of the 16 teams in playoff position now make the postseason. So how we doing?

EAST
IN
Lightning
Leafs
Jackets

Those are the only locks, in my eyes. The Devils are leading the Metro but, ya know, they're the Devils.

PROBABLES
Devils
Isles
Red Wings
Caps
Penguins

The entire Metro 1st to sixth is separated by five points. So even though the Rangers were out on Thanksgiving, they are in by today's standings, ahead of the Pens. And it's not like the Isles are a long way ahead. The Wings may have that 3rd spot in the Atlantic, but both the Bruins and Sens have games in hand. If anyone falls out, they are the most likely.

WEST
IN
Blues
Jets
Predators

Again, I don't trust a division leader, this one being the Knights. The expansion Knights! I've got all of the top three in the Central as rock solid.

PROBABLE
Knights
Kings
Flames
Sharks
Canucks

The next five out are all within two points of the two wild card teams, so this ain't over by a long shot. There's no way the Canucks make it, right?

The Oilers are so far back they are essentially done already.

Cant imagine the red wings holding off the Sens and Boston . Boston is a lot better with Khudobin playing more.

Canucks wont get top 3 in the pacific and the central will have two higher wild cards im fairly certain. Specifically, the Stars ,wild ,and hawks

Everyone is waiting for the clock to strike midnight on the Devils and Knights but it just hasnt happened yet. Really incredible.

The ducks will probably make it somehow

Blues are getting virtually nothing form their 3rd line.

Berglund should be back end of this week, and that should help, and winning makes it easier to make a move, rather than losing and the 3rd line woes being a glaring issue.

Yeo says he's confident Berglund is ready to go. They're supposed to decide after the morning skate tomorrow.

Anyone know why Blues game doesn’t start until 8:00 tonight? Is there some event pushing back the start? It’s just a very odd time to start a home game.

Yes, forgive my inability to read. I still don’t know why the late start.
