Here is some morons from a few weeks back. A solid place to start.

Early Top 15

1 Duke
2 Indiana
3 Michigan
4 Baylor
5 North Carolina
6 Wisconsin
7 Louisville
8 Syracuse
9 NC State
10 Kentucky
11 Creighton
12 Ohio St
13 San Diego St
14 Kansas
15 Michigan St

Obviously, Duke is not #1 after losing Rivers.

These lists will be updated a lot with all the declarations.

Louisville a lock for #1 assuming everybody comes back imo.

No respect for these rankings because LSU is outside the top 70.

6. NC State

How did this happen so fast? Is North Carolina State really the ACC favorite? Why not. North Carolina and Duke are taking on serious losses, and the Wolfpack overachieved under Mark Gottfried (and top assistant Bobby Lutz) to get to the Sweet 16. If the Wolfpack don't get too giddy about leaving (will C.J. Leslie remain?), they should be the favorite in the conference. Gottfried has one of the top recruiting classes in the country with Rodney Purvis, T.J. Warren and Tyler Lewis. So get ready, Raleigh. You might just have the ACC favorite.

Wow, UK can potentially lose their top 6 guys and they would still be ranked in the top 15. WTF? I know their recruiting class is good, but is it comparable to the last class?

Going to be good especially with the talent coming in.

Do you follow college basketball? As far as Indiana goes, they have a top 5 recruiting class coming in, with a stud at each position. Also, if Watford doesn't leave, all 5 starters will be returning. That's from a sweet 16 team that was beat UK and also gave them as good a run as anyone else in the tourney. Who else would you rank ahead of them? Katz now has IU at #1 since Rivers is leaving. Maybe Ohio St if Sullinger doesn't leave?

If that bastard somehow gets Shabazz Muhammed, Nerlens Noel, and one other big like Anthony Bennett or Tony Parker, it might be his best class ever.

Noel is supposed to be an even better shot blocker than Anthony Davis, if that can be believed.
