I swear, the NBA is fricking retarded. The dunk contest would be a lot more exciting if every year big name guys were in it- Kobe, Lebron, Wade, etc.

I think there are so many ideas fans could come up with for these allstar weekends that would make it fun again.
I'd like to see a 3 on 3 halfcourt bracket-style tournament. You know guys would be playing hard to try to win something like that.

this lineup sucks, because 3 of the 4 guys are almost 7 footers. I dont care if they can jump. It sucks seeing tall guys dunk. Get some guards in there

The dunk contest has been played out for several years. There are only so many dunks that are humanly possible.

Another positive about Nate Robinson not being in the contest: we don't have to suffer through ten misses to see his completed dunk. I started watching the dunk contest on Sportscenter after two years of that.
