I think the tried to bite the Chinese player after launching himself like a harpoon, he seriously went head first and horizontal not vertical, he was parallel with the ground.

I agree. "Name-wise", Argentina looked pretty good too with Ginobili, Oberto, Noccioni, and another starter from the Rockets(cant remember his name).

Spain wont shoot this poorly every game. They are at 40% right now, and China is still on an emotional high, their players are just buzzing around the court and their fans are non stop loud.

Once Spain settled down in that game they pretty much dominated Greece.
Uh-oh China cant lose that guy he is vital for Victory, and thats a pretty serious gash under his eye.
The reason China is winning is they just want it more, both sides are playing real sloppy and having horrible shooting games.

Yeah. Outside the US, all the games ive seen so far have been very sloppy.

Poor Yao, those injuries still plague him. He has just not been himself these games. Yi did not step up tonight, but some other Chinese players did.

Did anybody just see what happened in field hockey? We scored a goal with less than a minute left, but it was from "outside the scoring area", so it didn't count and we tied.

Oh shite its on USA, here I was searching through Universal HD, MSNBC, CNBC, and NNBC.
We are actually not doing well, early game jitters and just warming up. But hey point differential does count so USA has to beat them by a fairly good margin.
USA up 10 now, starting to gather the fast break dunks off the turnovers. These guys are actually not bad, completely raw but not bad. Lacking a true point guard, just like China.

Horrible interior defense so far from us. Theyre center is 6'5" and their tallest player is 6'8" and we're gettin muscled inside.

USA is flat but it doesn't really matter, we will slowly wear the other team down. The only bad thing is its bad to practice bad habits, like sloppy play and a fall in intensity.
