Anybody watching or have a position with this stock?
For anyone wondering why a golf company is taking off... it’s not a golf company. They’re developing the first app to provide fractional ownership of real estate.

i just have a hard time believing a penny stock company can handle all the legal/title/etc. work that needs to be done for this idea to work. It is clearly a P&D, the question is... has it pumped yet. A quick 200% is very possible

Yep...and if you buy the stock, you can never sell it. You can only leave it to your children when you die.

but this is the idea that can go times 1000% easily especially with its low market cap.

They had a pop in December up to 8c. Will have to buy some when they go back down to 2c.

I just browsed that press release and agree...I have a hard time grasping how that thing would work.

Also you would think another tech firm has thought of this and tried out, it’s way too complex(monthly dividend payouts, title, buying new properties)
