I spoke with a landowner that I know who owns property on the proposed pipeline route west of Sulphur. He has not heard from the land man in several months but I suspect that he will be contacted in short order with a proposal since construction has begun.

I did drive out to the Global Pond yesterday. I was surprised at the level of activity. I will continue to add to my position and also keep asking around also.

I have a decent amount (for me) still invested in Sea Limited and it’s taken a straight up arse whooping. It’s lost over 50% of value. Really thinking of dumping it and placing it all on TELL.

I just think TELL hits $10 before SE hits $200 again.

I think we see $10 when FID is announced.

Just in natural gas sales alone they saw a massive spike due to gas prices. At this point you are in if you think souki will build this place. LNG will be here for the long haul.

Judge, that would "make me right."

I had lunch with a guy who I worked with who was known for his overwhelming desire to save money in very creative ways. He has often been told that the hearse will not pull a U-Haul to his cemetery plot.

I mentioned that I have 2700 shares and he told me that he has owned 30,000 shares for over a "year or so." Not the kind of person that would invest in anything with even minimal risk.

I am inspired by his optimism.

Podcast on the FID Schedule and some other things.

TELL Podcast

CEO says by end of year, but could be 2nd quarter. Pretty large timeframe.

Comments like this make me realize how small I really am.

Dave, you don't need to feel smaller. It is just that my friend and I are just a hell of a lot older than you are, not that I ponder my mortality.

What in the hell is going on with TELL? -87.86% from Consensus of -.02 and they drop a -.14.

The Analysts are extremely negative on the stock as well.

What do you think is going on? We have idiots running our country. That's always the answer to what's going on.

A stock that hasn't hit FID yet and is well on their way is going to get pressed when all these red days crush the market. Especially since they picked up exposure in some of the market fund accounts that can be invested in as a group with others....

Is natural gas going anywhere?

No.

Do you believe in Souki " the king of natural gas"?

I do.

Well see. It's an investment. Let's see where she is in 4-5 years

Souki needs to stop running his mouth with the bs timelines. He's been saying financing is coming next week all year.

You are somewhat correct.

He's been pumping late April.

That time-frame has passed. And Is now talking it up as around the corner basically.

So I'd say you are partially correct.
