Banking is with Cross Keys Bank. Great personal service. Investments are elsewhere.

I was with Capital One for 36 years but switched to Fidelity Investments because of poor customer service . I needed to do an international wire transfer and no one at the branch could help me. Also, at Fidelity I have a cash management account that earns over 4% vs 0.03%. They have bill pay, debit card with no atm fees, and free checks.

Live Crawfish Seasonal - Farmers State Bank & Trust (satisified)
Went with Farmers for the crawfish biz because they are very accustomed to this type of business and won't give me a hard time every week bringing in large sums of cash, I'm sure they do their due diligence but they do not hassle me about it.
