Looking for a business to buy to get out of the corporate world. I do not trust those brokers like sunbelt, I feel like they are used car salesman. I do not want to buy into a franchise either.

bizbuysell.com has a lot of listings nationwide. I do know that many of them are represented by brokers.

There are usually at least one or two biz brokers in moderate size populations centers. Just have to bird-dog it for a while. Try the Rotary or CoC - especially the business after hours events.

I don't know anything about Sunbelt Business Brokers other than they have been around a long time.
