Companies are not only valued by their current revenue and profits, but by their potential. The potential for HUMBL is Fortune 500. $6B is NOTHING relative to the potential. I'm not sure what's so hard to understand about that. I can tell you are a smart guy, but at this point your are trolling more than bringing intelligent conversation. I completely understand if you want to only invest in profitable companies, but I don't mind investing in growth companies. PLTR is a good example. $60B market cap and in the red every year.

How can you capitalize on that potential when you don’t have a patent or the cash to do so? That’s my beef. I get what they’re trying to do, but how they’re going to do it without, you know, money, is going to be interesting to see.

Tesla is still doing offerings (dilution). HUMBL had a share buyback in December.

I'm sure HUMBL will eventually need to do an offering, but that is expected with start ups. It will dip a little, then continue to climb as new features are added to their app and as revenue and subscribers increase.

Potential based off what? They have no patents, no money, no employees, no proven technology. They disclaim on the website they are not a money transmission company because they are not. You dont know the terms of the merger, the equity structure, the financials, the key agreements, the regulatory position across the country....

Foote took Block 30 nowhere - rethemed as Humbl and now it is a multibillion tech company? They buy a business from his buddy (apparently his CTO who doesn't even list he works for HUMBL on his linkedin - pretty standard of CTO of a multi billion tech company lol).

Nothing substantive has been provided or shown outside a slick presentation. We are to believe George Sharp (who has no history taking Companies anywhere beyond suing OTC companies) was hired by Tesoro to find a merger. He found and worked out an agreement with a multi billion company in 2 weeks. Bought them for preferred that haven't even been created yet. And this multibillion company gave up billions in equity to merge with a cashless OTC shell (which you can buy for $50K to $100K easy).

Would love to have an intelligent conversation about this. Would love to see anything substantive beyond a rebranded failed business. But there is nothing. No documents, no consistency - only a slick sales job that people are eating up

Anyone know how to change my price paid on Etrade? It's showing up as $0 because of the new ticker symbol. I can add a note with my cost basis, but would like it to calculate my overall position automatically.

I’m the originator of this post. I’ve got a lot of money now tied up in this. I was trying to time the market. What are your thoughts??
