It's two board members. Not a complete overhaul.

These are the two more moderate suggestions as well.

The board needed a shake up since the stock has basically been stagnant since 2009. And exxon has technologies that can create a net zero footprint. Their marketing on the matter sucks as well as the worlds appetite for understanding what all oil supplies on a daily basis.

If we want to live in 1850 america, we can go fully green tomorrow. If people arent willing to embrace that reality, they better embrace oil and technologies that minimize the environmental impacts of oil. Which Exxon and fuel cell both have

If it wasn't so late I would dive into this with you but maybe tomorrow.

I myself am a conservative/libertarian tree hugger.

Unfortunately you and most other environmentally conscious American's who truly care have been swindled, lied to and intentionally misinformed.

Some brief points that I can hopefully elaborate on tomorrow.

None of the green energies i.e. wind/solar are green. In fact they are more carbon producing and enviro damaging than all fossil fuels except coal and that even depends on where the materials are sourced from.

Man made climate change is not a proven fact like they would have you believe. Science by its very nature is constantly changing that what was once thought certain.
Go look at the complete history of the worlds atmosphere and climate. More times than not it was really hot and full of carbon.

You want to really help the environment and nature? Start pushing for sustainable development. We can argue climate, the cratering wildlife populations in the Rockies due to the booming development encroaching on natural resources is actual proven fact.

But I am tired/buzzed and I digress. Good night gentlemen.
