It looks like the 25% pop was strictly related to the possibility of Fannie and Freddie going private under the Trump admin.

I have roughly 7000 shares at $2.40.
I think Fannie will exit conservatorship within the next couple years between $30 to $50. That is the fully diluted price. If the government does not exercise the warrants then we could 50x from current price.

I just bought a bit more Nuvation Bio (NUVB), up to 1,000 shares, which is sitting around $2.30 right now with price targets around $5-$10. They have PDUFA coming up on 6/23/25 for their NSCLC treatment.
