What are some good ETF's for long term high returns?

I'm thinking information technology related but not sure if that's the best. I want something that I can invest in each month that will be secure, safe, and is generally thought to only be able to go up (a lot) over time.
I have roughly 30 years before I'll need it.

I think you just need to think about what industries are likely to continue to grow and there's going to be an ETF for it. A few that I'm in are Tech, Semiconductors, Blockchain (for the crypto angle), and Clean Energy.

Yea I think technology is the best by far in my opinion but want to see what others think before buying.

QQQ seems to be the gold standard for what you’re wanting to do, but some of these ARK ETF’s have been getting a lot of run on here lately.

I'm eyeing ARKG as one sector to get into and definitely very long term. I've browsed each of their investment portfolios and ARKK is another I really like. Cathie Wood just seems to have a good pulse on the future of investing.
