I am a super for a residential home builder. As of last week we have taken steps to slowly scale back our number of digs for the coming few months. Will move slowly until we can get a feel for what is coming. Not in panic mode but not wanting to be stuck with a bunch of specs if the bottom does eventually fall out.

A year or two ago, we had another option thread going, and I saw then that he actually puts some work into his option purchases. Not just random buys and hoping & praying. So when he posts about trading and/or technicals, I read his posts with the respect that he’s earned.
As for the flurry of downvotes… what do the kids say? Hatas gonna hate.
As a side note, one thing I’ve noticed over the past few years (and not just a here) is that more and more people (across the political spectrum) get triggered whenever they hear or see something that they don’t want to hear or see. It’s harder to engage in spirited debates these days. Oh well…
