VA college aide for dependents of veterans

I see there is a great scholarship (or aide) at ULL, for kids of veterans (that served after 9/11).
Anyone know of any for veterans of the Gulf War, or any other forms of VA scholarships, etc.

Under title 29 Louisiana will pay tuition for children of veterans who have a 90% or greater VA disability.

Interested in this. I'm aware of the 90% or above disabled veteran policy but not of one for 9/11 or after vets

Call the VA 1-800-827-1000. Lots of benefits out theee for Veteran dependents, ask about Blue Ribbon Program.
