This is such a waste of everyone’s time until the SCOTUS makes their decision - which will likely go against the Trump Admin. They need to fast track this case as soon as possible

There is no flip flopping. There are deals.
Deals will be announced soon. The reason for the push back is to fininish the deals that are being worked.
Why would you raise them when nations are actively working on a deal? That would put those deals in jepordy.
