We just heard there are multiple offers and they asked for best and final. I’m sticking at $350k.
So, I'd say the risk/reward lines up nicely at your price. Very limited downside, with lots of upside optionality - essentially, the opposite of the stock market right now.
Good luck!

I've seen them say that even when there is 1 offer. I just always assume they're trying to get more juice for the squeeze if they can.
And an 8,000 sq ft house? Did they have 20 kids? That electric bill must be insane. My $.02 on the house posted above, it's the biggest house in the neighborhood. The house next door is zillow'd at $1.25 and 6,400 sq ft (with a pool). I know all about zillows price estimates so who knows what the actual values are. Being the biggest house in the neighborhood is the only thing I'd be mildly concerned about. Definitely make sure you fix the house like the other houses in the neighborhood. You don't want a million dollar house with a $250,000 house's finish out.
But even if you had to accept $1m in a few years, you're making a decent profit.
