I am asking some rudimentary questions but I want to make sure I’m covering everything
File with Secretary of State documents
Have logo design and create website
Contract with EMR and pay processor
Set up separate account for llc
Tax specialist
I know I’m missing something but can’t seem to figure out

Most of the questions would be able to be answered here
Is you product/service subject to sales tax
Does making an S corp election make sense
Are you buying any depreciable property, particularly anything subject to bonus
There’s a million questions under “tax specialist” per view
