I would assume at this point you have already met, a lot. So, he knows you, what your long-term goals are, and everything in between.

Q 1: Has he delivered on what he told you he could to begin with?

Q 2: Has he outperformed your interested index's?

Q 3: Is he worth the extra money? Do you still need him?

If after all that you still feel like keeping him, face to faces SHOULDN'T be necessary.

You know they have this thing called Zoom. The sound and picture are really crisp if you have a good internet connection.
