I am not an OT baller but I was thinking I was going to spend around 5k for a decent bed an mattress. Visited a store today an tried some options. They want 7k for a basic 5” mattress king size set up. Are there other options out there that will get me the same results at a decent price?

Zenhaven by Saatva. 100% natural latex. Each side has a different firmness. You can order directly from factory. Great return policy.

You’re welcome.

You can get a different sleep number model for half that. They just had the innovative limited edition king on sale for $3,000.

For $7,000 sleep number you must be getting the adjustable base and mattress?

I have a wheelchair bound wife that needs to be transferred in and out of the bed and need a certain height so the 5” mattress is what is needed. That quote was for the king split adjustable with the cooling pad and 1 pillow.

we use Zinus memory foam mattresses in our house. 3 years in and we still love them.

I've had the Zenhaven latex mattress for almost 6 years. It still feels like when I bought it. It is a very comfortable mattress, better than memory foam IMO. I would definitely recommend.

We bought a sleep number bed about 2 years ago. I never got comfortable on any setting and didn't enjoy it AT ALL. My wife put up with it for a while, but it now sits in our guest bedroom.

Back to a top of the line mattress for us.

Have you considered just putting blocks under the legs of the bed frame if it is too low, or sawing off the legs if it is too high. Had the same type issue with my mother, that was our zero cost solution.

Has anyone had experience with Sven and Sons beds. Someone else suggested this as well. They have good prices on their website
