That's fair. It is a RVR and really subjective. With an increase in bet if only 20% and an increase in reward of nearly an order of magnitude it becomes worthwhile. There is also moment where statisticians agree the RVR makes it worthwhile to play the powerball.

Again, I do not think you will get odds in excess of the house edge unless you past post or gaff. You can increase odds, but not by much.

Increasing odds from 18/37 to 19/37 with a simple 20% increase in bet and a potential 700% increase in winning numbers is a RVR that is reasonable.

Never forget 0-36 added up equals 666, i.e., the mark of the Beast.

'Field' bet is literally the worst bet in a casino, at about 5.2% house edge.

While roulette is nearly just as bad at about a 5% house edge, you'll be wiped out so much sooner trying to execute the martingale strategy on the 'Field'.

It always amazes me how eager people are to throw away money at games they don't understand and cannot overcome the bad odds.

If you want to keep most of your money, learn basic blackjack strategy (1.6% house edge), don't bother counting cards (only a 0.2% improvement versus basic strategy at 1.4%). Winning splits and doubles can create positive outcomes. Then make the maximum available free odds bet on the craps table (0.0 house edge), the only bet that pays true odds and isn't marked/advertised anywhere in the casino.
