I'm looking at purchasing a rehab home and it has aluminum wiring. i know the price can vary but have any of you in the southeast replaced wiring in a home? If so, is there a general range for replacement?

you'll be making bank. people pay like 25k to shite themselves for a week only to go home and relapse and be back after bail again.

You don’t need to replace all of the wiring, you can just pigtail to copper at the devices. The copper to aluminum wire nuts are expensive as far as wire nuts go, but you should be in and out for less than $1000-$1500 depending on the house size

Much appreciated! Would banks loan on a home with a wiring repair vs a complete replacement? In the scenario of a flip, I wouldn't want to rule out a large portion of buyers who would be using conventional loans to purchase.

I cant see why a bank would care, a home inspector representing potential buyers would be the one that could question it. As long as it complies with the electrical code it shouldn't be a issue, but I have had to educate a couple home inspector and show them the actual applicable code, some of them don't know what they don't know.

Lenders don’t see the home inspection report anyway. It’s for the buyer.

Your insurance company would care however.
