In Lafayette area and considering cash out refinance and lowering mortgage term. Bank, broker recs for Lafayette area?

Do they need to be local in Lafayette? Anyone licensed in Louisiana can help out. Also, inflation rates for May and June are going to cause rates to increase so I'd try to lock this month

Prefered lending solutions is in laffy and who I use. I did exactly that cash-out refi.

I used Brigette LaCour with assurance financial. She did a fantastic job.

Another vote here for Assurance Financial, though I used Stacy Scherer. Stacy was always helpful and quick to answer any questions I had.

It’s all depends on what your goals are - do you want to cash out and pay some debts? Refinance is still a great deal depending on your goals
