RBLX- because kids love spending money

Did anyone else buy this yesterday? I manage some iras for my niece and nephew who love this game. I decided to buy some shares in their iras. Fingers crossed. I told their dad he needs to make some more in game purchases.

I know nothing about it but does it have staying power or is it just the latest fad/flash in the pan? Kids don’t have much loyalty and are quick to move onto the next thing.

I’m assuming it has no staying power. Even Fortnite is fading now, and it was at the top of the world at one point

I'm one who buys Robux b/c nieces/nephews always request it for bdays, Christmas, etc. Somehow I always get suckered into this because I'm the "cool uncle"

My kids know what Roblox is but I'm super cheap (when it comes to some things 
) so they have no access to it at home. Bought a few shares for each; figure it'll be a good educational lesson for them on how investing works if nothing else and although the valuation might as well be out of thin air to my uneducated self I can't imagine it being a terrible long term play.

Go buy some BFT . The real money is the payment applications on these games. BFT to PaySafe should be a nice boost.

They were talking about this on CNBC a bunch yesterday, but I muted it when some gamer with pink hair who has millions of followers came on to talk about it. They were debating whether their business model could be successful long term playing only in the child demographic, or if they would need to expand things to target and appeal more broadly. I'm not sure where they netted out
