Questions on building a new home, may not need to be here.

Been trying to get an idea of cost per square footage for a new home.
And yes I realize this is nearly impossible. Just looking for a $10 either way range.
Total dimensions, 77x45.
Kitchen living room combo 23x45
U shape with the center enclosed and screen in edge. 25x30.
Master bedroom with dual walk in closets and bath. 24x24
Two bedrooms with closets.
Bathroom between them.
Laundry room.
Small walk in pantry.
Metal roof.
There is roughly 1800 square feet across three rooms. 2x6 construction. 10ft ceilings. Stained concrete and bamboo flooring throughout.
The way I figure it, pricing will be considerably less per square foot than a house with a less bland exterior.
In Iberville parish.

A whole lot of variables.
Dirt work can be expensive, and administrative costs add up (insurance and closing costs). I’m at $50k in non-build related costs (dirt work, permits, insurance, closing costs, interest, etc).
My “build” costs are projected at between $100-110/sqft living, $75-80 total. My house is a bit more complex, so figure $10 below that? Also can save some money depending on what you can do yourself or if you have any specific connections.

Dirtwork I can do. Cost of slab is 12k reinforced 6inch with rebar.
With those few huge rooms, I'm not sure how to make a guess at pricing.
Anyone on the day crew have any idea?
