To them I was automatically at fault because I was turning left and struck a vehicle,
I got smoked by someone when I was turning left, the car INFRONT of the car that hit me waved me in, the car behind them went around them on the shoulder and hit me... State Farm said it was my fault and paid out... because I was turning and they were going straight, even though they were going around traffic on the side of the road.

I got them years ago, they were around half what Farm Bureau was for my veicle.
When my 2009 Mustang GT/CS was flooded in 2016 (water in the floorboards, probably some in the oil pan as well), they were quick to send someone out to check the car. The guy totaled it and I had a check within a week (and the check was likely more than I could have gotten for it by selling it privately before the flood, much less what I would have gotten on a trade-in).

Opinions please
Really good, until you have to use them, then all bets are off.

The check should have been enough to replace the car (year, make, model, mileage) at a car dealer (including tag and tax).
Of course it should have been more than you could have sold the vehicle.
I think Progressive does a good job with their customers. The complaints are by claimants hit by progressive drivers.

I asked for a quote and it came back $1000 higher than what I was paying.
I ignored the offer. Got a call a few days later. Woman asked if I was ready to switch. I said, no, your 1K higher than what I'm paying. She then said, if you give me your pay information, we can make it happen today. Again, I said, no. You guys are higher than I'm paying.
I hung up after that.

I’ve had progressive for years with no issues. Priced checked around few time no one could beat them. Even have homeowners with them now.
