I bought at $19 and sold at $142. I flipped the proceeds to QQQ. Up another 18% but wish I sold at $200

At this valuation, the market is assuming Palantir will face virtually zero friction. Any slight hiccup in an earnings report, a lost government contract, or a broader tech sector slowdown could cause a sharp correction. It has already experienced significant volatility, pulling back from its all-time highs above $200 late last year down to its current range.

Anyone still in this? I only have 20 shares and I’m up 85%, but considering selling and buying into some of these new plays being discussed. Worth holding on to?

I can’t see the harm in holding. I was pretty disheartened when I sold at $110 and it quickly rocketed to $200. But, I wouldn’t buy it in the current environment. There’s an increasing number of articles from civil liberties groups calling out government agency use PLTR AI by name. I suspect it’s a targeted campaign, and as soon as the wind shifts to a Dem majority, the PLTR contracts will be dismantled in the same fashion as USAID by the Republicans.
