Think it's too late to jump in? I have a few shares but it's very minimal. I'd like to get in a bit deeper before whatever stimilus is announced.

Should I wait a day or two to see if it trends down a bit? I don't really want to buy after a 12% gain.

I'll have to sell something to do it. I've committed to not putting more info in the market until either stimulus or I hit a personal savings goal.

I'm not an expert, but if I were in your position, I would wait until a red day to buy in. It probably won't go up too much higher today. I would anticipate a drop when day traders take their profits. Either way, I think it's a good thing long term. It's just about getting in at a better price. I am buying back into PINS when the dust settles after the election.

Thanks for the input. I fully realize there is no right answer here until it's in hindsight, but I appreciate the input.

It depends on what you're trying to do.

If you're day, swing, or momentum trading then it's a bit too rich IMO and the risk is too high.

If you plan to hold long term (3-5+ years) then where it is today is of little significance. You would fully expect it to be magnitudes higher by then and you would be buying the dips anyway as you had more cash. What you would be worried about in that case is not buying at all.

With PINS I'm of the latter group. It is a significant portion of my portfolio.

Up $6 in AH

May regress tomorrow morning with some profit taking but that forecast looks solid for Q1. Smart last second buy. I was trying to tell people all week

It’s up 25 percent in the last week just about. Pretty wild it was 64 not that long ago. I bought more twice when it hit 60’s recently so I’m very happy about it. Now let it hold for years with maybe more on dips and watch it grow.

Options question for the board. I'm holding a 2/12 $67 call on PINS, which is obviously up right now. If I'm long PINS and Q2 is looking good, the right play here would be to execute it (I assume it will automatically execute on 2/12 if I do nothing), as opposed to selling the option, right?
