Pay Stub: Gross Pay vs Taxable Wages

My taxable wages are roughly 13% higher than my gross pay on my pay stub. Can someone please explain why this would occur?

Do you have a company vehicle?

No company vehicle. I did recently relocate to another state with this company. I'm assuming that could be it? I'm not away of any taxable benefits.

Does this happen on every pay period... or just once/twice?
