If VEN hits that territory, I'm not buying a Lambo, but I am paying off my house.

What made ETH jump?

How do you buy VEN? I only have coinbase and some BTC/ETH on there.

Create a Binance account
Move ETH from CB/GDAX to your new Binance ETH wallet
Trade ETH for VEN on Binance

I'll bet. It held pretty good overnight. How'd you come out?
you're correct, still not back in. Holding tight.
Not too worried about being "stuck" in eth as that is my main holding (and only holding atm)

Yeah, I wouldn't sweat it. I'm still on the fence as to how much I think VEN is really going to do over the long term and whether or not I should cash out as soon as it gets back to or near its ATH. That said, there's a chance it never gets that high again, too. I'd like to think it should, though.

Kinda wish I would have bought more VEN but I’m a noob and only wanted to throw $100 at it. Kept the rest in ETH

I think 2017 will go down as the best year for crypto. Since that's when it went mainstream and everyone knows about it now.

And yet only 4% of Americans reported crypto on their taxes.

That's actually high to be honest. Because if you include the number of people who did not report but had some gains, that's a solid double digit. That's quite a lot.

Its gonna take some time to gain traction, but palm beach laid out the story with asians and their weird obsession with digital gifting of weird random shite. Its almost like their version of online gambling here.

Its a multi-billion dollar marketplace in Asia already, gto is looking to become the market leader by tokenizing these digital “gifts” across several already established platforms.

Fairly interesting niche play.

To me, VEN is a long, multi-year, play. Which is made even better if you can swing a node. Im still scrapping coin together and moving other gainz over to it trying to get a node before coin price gets too far ahead of me.

Think of ot this way... if there are multiple fortune 500 companies using ven, even just for tracking inventory, with billions in items being tracked on the blockchain... they will have significant monetary incentive to ensure the health and wellbeing of the coins and blockchain itself.

I look at it as owning a peice of their blockchain network, which could theoretically be valued by the value of goods/services depending on it. Which could be gigantic couple years down the road.

because when I finished signing up, I copied and pasted my referral link and noticed the ID of the referral was missing, then I checked yours and noticed the same.

clicking their "copy referral link" button doesn't copy the whole link, maybe they do it on purpose

They need to do some scalling, charts were very slow to load throughout beta.

Also I have one big gripe... it shows the order book with chart, but when you goto the trade window it doesnt show a chart or order book. Unless it was just not loading correctly. I reported that as a bug, we’ll see what they do.

Otherwise I liked it, it was different having a us pairing for each and every coin.
