Usually it means that something in the coding is being updated and they want to make sure that you don't transfer money during that time and lose it. Don't panic, it will come back online when they are sure that you won't lose your money.

Anyone jump in on the TRON ICO on Binance? I was going to look at it this morning, and the BNB round was already sold out a little over an hour after opening.
The ETH and BTC rounds are tomorrow morning starting at 7AM.

I know it happens often. Usually it only happens for a little while. It's been about 14 hours or so now.
Not worried about it though, was just curious if anyone else's was also doing it.

Maidsafe has gone down for over a day for me once. I got out of COVAL so can't confirm if its happening to everyone

People are complaining about it on twitter this morning. Apparently the sale only lasted between 3 and 5 seconds according to most before selling out...

Anybody expecting ADX to do any good anytime soon? I was hoping it would make another jump 50% or so like earlier in the week for some quick cash but it's been stagnant. Might pull it out and put back into something else.

It could be consolidating nicely at the current level.
its looking a little like NEO did yesterday through the evening before it popped up to the mid $40's this morning.
What are you thinking about ADX fundamentally? i read a bit of the whitepaper and dont know if it meets a real need or not. although im not too familiar with the advertising industry past being plastered with ads from my last visited website.

Was only hoping to use it for a short term gain. Got in at $1 and it had been bumping around up to 1.50-1.70 the days before so I was looking for another bump for a quick $500/700 to put back toward more neo. Of course it stabilized since then.
