SOL has the transaction speed capabilities of the Nasdaq exchange. It's so damn under valued. Give it a few years and we easily see a market cap over 100B.

SOL transactions are a fraction of a penny. It's $0.00025 per transaction currently.

I wonder about this to. Part of the way one makes money in Defi is based on the fees. Anyone farming on Sol yet?

I'm too scared of impermanent loss. I'll gladly take the 8% apr.

When is it worth it to provide liquidity and yield farm?

I dont have a good answer for you other than stable pairs. Like BNB-BUSD or something like that. You can get a BNB/Stable pair APR around 29% which, IMO is relatively low risk comparatively speaking.

Also, I have been staking Cake and get a lot more than 8%. I also participate in the new pools to stake Cake to earn you projects etc. The new NFT type projects have worked out really well for me.

What kind of returns have you been getting after impermanent loss? Would you mind sharing a few detailed examples?

There is no impermanent loss on Pancake Pools which is where 90% of my funds are. Pools you stake Cake (native token) and earn various rewards. Cake is the utility token of the platform.

On the Farm side (liquidity), I only do BNB-Cake pool, small amount. Next to no loss thus far because it has about 1 Billion in liquidity.

Basically for liquidity farming, the bigger the pool the less loss/risk you can expect.
